  1. We walk most days in a nearby park which is very conducive to older walkers. It also has lots of kids in two playgrounds and older kids playing basketball, so we feel very connected to the community. I was startled to hear from a good friend, also 76, who says she now uses a wheelchair at the airport since she doesn’t have the stamina to talk.(no major health problems) It really got me knowing how important it is to keep walking.

    1. Oh no! Sorry to hear about your good friend. These things happens. However, active lifestyle goes a long way to help cope with age and health related changes. Keep being active. You can make walking times to be fun too.

Nice to have you here. What do you think?
