Woman I Met in the Library

Hi lovelies, it’s one of those days again. I managed to get myself to the library. Behold, next to me was a pretty old woman.

Before her was an Acer aspire one PC, mouse, a bag filled with books, eyeglass and pen. Her eyes were glued to the gadgets all through. I was surprised to see her. To tell you that I literally dragged myself to the library was an understatement as I had so many paperwork to do and have different deadlines in 4 and 5 days time respectively.

Don’t even ask how I got myself into that trap in the first place. So, I had to leave the house as I will be working the next two days and can’t guarantee being in the best frame of mind to deliver.

So, back to the story. I admired this old lady. Minutes later, she got up and came to me, pointed towards her books while she walked off to the restroom.

Ha! She can’t event even be bothered to talk I wondered?

I then had a closer look at her desk. Interesting.

On her return, I smiled at her. “Thank you” she said in a very faint tone.

I felt super motivated just seeing this woman.

To sum it up, mere seeing this woman with those books and pc in front of her got me thinking about a whole lot of things. I felt truly inspired. No excuse for me anymore, if she can get up and head to the library and study at her age, what is holding me back?

My question for you:

If this pretty old woman I met can spare time to go to the library and study, what is your excuse?
