Do you know your self worth? Have you tried figuring out what you are worth?

How do you treat yourself?

It is important that we know what we value and how we wish to be treated.

<script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9851445956456483"

Self worth is how you think and feel about yourself. It has nothing to do with what others think of you or what they say to you. ;

Self worth is something we all should be aware of as it reflects in our behaviour and or in interaction with others.

However, some individuals can easily lose their self worth and begin to feel less confident for no reason.

It is possible they have had some challenges or experiences that perhaps pushed them to the edge. It could ; be that certain persons have questioned their acts and made then feel invalid.

Worse scenarios are when people change and begin to doubt themselves and their capabilities simply because of how others have treated them or how they felt perceived.

They suddenly begin to question even the things they are normally good at. Depending on how good they are at spotting the obvious, ; they can lose themselves and self confidence; all to nothing.

They will find themselves not capable of doing anything or making basic decision.

Now imagine if this same person knows their self worth, would other people’s acts have that same effect on them?

Just think about it.

For example, when people treat you wrongly, speak up. Speak up for yourself.

Let that person know what they have done is not acceptable. ;

Even if you are the quiet type, do not keep quiet. Talk; so that people do not see you as a doormat that can easily be walked on.

Know yourself and believe in yourself.

This can be worked on.

Oh! Before I forget, there is always room to grow.

Let’s grow together
