<p>I know right now you will be wondering what this is all about. My late grandma of blessed memories would often say “Echee echeteghi” is what poses a problem to people most times. She says it in a manner that one who doesn’t know it would think its all one word. </p>



<p><br />Echee echeteghi is simply a situation of hopelessness. It is when an individual cannot see any way forward in their situation. It’s either they have tried a thing or two and even more and has nothing meaningful to show for it. </p>



<p>Echee echeteghi can lead to depression and other mental health issues, if not addressed properly. <p>In any given circumstances, please do not think all hope is lost. Keep reaching out to people, speak up, taking actions till you get desired result. Chances are you are almost close before you quit. </p>



<p>You can give yourself a break but must keep believing that things turn out good. It is important that one have that positive and focused mindset all the time. </p>
